What are these inside my vaginal opening?

I haven't noticed these previously- only looked because I have some swelling on the left side of my vulvar which is some varicose veins due to pressure- I am currently 32 weeks pregnant. I don't understand what's going on down there-- what's the weird flesh on the inside of my vagina? I just thought there'd be a hole and nothing more. I have had one natural birth previously with 2nd degree tear to my perineum but can't say I've noticed these before.

Is it prolapse?

Hi, i dont think it is a prolapse because if it where we would be seeing your cervix. which would have been plugged and a lot smoother. can you insert your finger and see if you can feel your cervix at the entrance ?

I think its skin tags from your tear and just the effects of your last pregnancy.

Naturally speaking vaginas look different, they even have different textures. Different levels of skin and where its located. Speak to your doctor.
