Can anyone tell me what are these? I have these things on my penile glans for many years. No itching/ no pain. It doesn't hurt, but they are there for a very long time. I am 22 years old now.

Maybe a completely harmless type of penile pearly papules? Normal and nothing to worry about.

Please look at the 3rd picture. There is a white area just below the penile glans. Is it ok too? Can it be Fordyce spots or anything else?

If I'm looking at the area you are referring to, it doesn't look like spots, but a wider area of whiteness. I would expect that not to be enduring. I'm not a doctor so would suggest that you get that checked in person if it bothers you. Pictures can only show so much......

It could be you have the beginnings of a skin condition - keep a close eye on it spreading and whether you get anything else going on like itching, or it turning to scarring.

In the mean time, exclude as many chemicals as possible from getting on that area of your penis - even soap, oil based lubes etc - always dry 100% after washing.  If it gets worse update this thread or start a new one .....

Thank you, sir. For your concern, I have these marks for almost 7-8 years as far as I remember except for the third picture's one. I got that white area like mark 1 or 2 years ago most probably. I have never felt any itchiness or pain there. Actually, it never bothered me at all. When I masturbate, it doesn't make any problem. But these things look bigger when my penis become excited. I don't dry my penis regularly. But I will do it from today.

PS:  I had skin disease when I was 1 year old. I also had asthma for a very long time.

Finally, what do you think now? Should I be worried about it?

No, I would not be worried - if this has been going on for 7 or 8 years it sounds like it will not get much worse than it is now.  However, stay vigilant to any changes.

The other thing to be aware of is you need to maintain a healthy diet - if you had skin disease at 1 YOA I would imagine you have been told about dietary balance and the need for good, nutritious food, with a variety of Vitamins and a balance of Mineral supplements ......?
