What are these little flesh colored sprouts on my foreskin?

I have had these forever but now that i'm becoming more sexually active (im still a virgin right now though) I worry it's going to put people off once they see it (like nobody wants to have that rough bumpy texture in their mouth or hands). Even when masturbating it becomes very distracting as its the only thing I feel and feel my finger nails kinda latch on to them. They're only on that side of my penis too. I want it to be frozen or laser off. I might even consider adult circumcision if I have to.image image

Hi Kevin it certainly looks unusual you should have it checked with your urologist or dermatologist. You not already circumcised?

Hi, I am circumcised. I was just saying I would consider a re-circumcision if I needed to if these can't be laser off.

    Hi Kevin,

I'm wondering if they are Keloid, which comes from circumcision which you clearly had already. If it is keloids, then surgery can be done to reduce or remove them.

Ivan, I'm keen to hear your thoughts on this too.

    Rob.

Hi Rob, yes it could be some keloid scarring. this also came to mind when I seen it first. a dermatologist would be the best person to diagnoses and advise on going forward the problem with removing them is they could come back again?
