What are these lumps near my anus???

i just noticed these lumps, they do not seem to be painful. i have had itching somewhat recently, as as well as a fissure in the past. does anyone know what these are??? thanks

    Hi tom,

    These are haemorrhoids (aka piles). Try improving your diet and increase your vegetable/fruit (5-a-day) intake as piles are often associated with constipation. If it's hurting or itching, you can get Anusol cream or suppositories from your local pharmacist.
