What are these marks?

Please help! Pictures attached to the bottom of this message.

These marks on my penis are concerning me.. theyre growing and new spots are coming up. The Blister above my penis started so small and its now the size of a quarter. One also started on my testicles and looks like some on my leg right now.

is this herpes??? it doesnt look like it.

i got tests with my doctor last week when there was only one blister but more started up. and were still waiting on results...
