What are these marks on my penis/testicles

Hi,

About 12-13 weeks ago I was cleared of scabies. For the past 6 or so weeks, I've started to have many new spots appear on my scrotum and also on my hands (mainly the palms) (especially in the past 2-3 weeks).

These spots on my hands will disappear if I put hydrocortisone on them for 1-2 weeks. On the penis less so - they persist for quite a while (maybe like 6 weeks?). Then new ones will pop up in different places to the old.

I know that my scabies hasn't come back. I do have some minor residual itching, but its nothing like it was. And I dont think the spots would just disspear if I still had scabies. Worth noting that I dont have any spots in between the webs of my fingers like I did when I had scabies.

What could these be? I went to the doctors 2 weeks ago, he got 3 people to look at me and they were all as confused as the next one.

They got me tested for Syphillus, HIV, Gonnorhea and Chlaymdia and tested negative for all. I even paid privately to do a herpes test and that came back negative too.

Could this continue to be a post-scabies reaction 3-4 months after being cured? I'm pretty confident that I don't have scabies (as was the doctor)!. Could this be something totally unrelated? Something going on internally in my body? Heaven forbid, some form of cancer?! Gluten allergy?

It's worth noting that the spots are painless on my penis. The scabs on my testicles are painless but can be quite satisfying when I scratch them. On my hand/palms they are like fluid filled craters that get biggish and then leave yellow dried skin after (similar to Pompholyx)

Very confused by it as google is telling me it's either Syphillus (tested negative), Herpes (tested negative) or Scabies (I really doubt that it's back). The doctor said post-scabies shouldn't really be lasting this long.

The doctor tried freezing them with nitrogen to see if they react like molluscum contagium (not sure on spelling) and it didnt react to the nitrogen as if it was that...

I've just tried applying permethrin to one of the spots on my penis to see if that helps. Will be interesting to see.

I will go back to the doctor in a few weeks, but asking on here out of convenience.

    i have this exact same problem and im stuck in cambodia would you be able to provide the name of the medication that was prescribed to you by your doctor? image i have had mine for roughly a month and its itchy to a point where it feels good to scratch it, that is why mine looks like this. but when i first got it it looked exactly the same as your photo, just 2 - 3 lumps that appear similar to a mosquito or bug bite. And i even have the small lumps on my fingers. This is the only post ive found with the problems that i have, and i really need the name of the medicine that you used or are using to treat it. Ive not had any luck so far with doctors giving me antibiotics and other tablets that are simply not helping. youre litrally my last hope.

      I'm having the same problem and I'm really angry cz it's still there and I've tried every thing but it's not working. i had 10 injections in last two days

      The marks on my penis have nearly completly gone but i still have them on my balls. I used an antiseptic healing cream and this 2 tablets (triamcinolone 4mg) (celes-k betamethasone 0.25mg + dexchlorpheniamine 2.0mg) for 5 days as a trial. Then if it started to clear another 5 days after (which it did). I was also told not to eat chicken or beef, but to only eat fish and pork. It sounded a little strange to me but i am seeing improvements. Another thing i noticed with my symptoms was i had small red spots appear on my elbows and feet, that has also started to clear using this medicine. I have taken the time to reply as it feels terrible to have this problem and anything that might help needs to be shared.

      your help is really appreciated. I'll try this now, I've tried many medicines now I'm using sulfur ointment 10% just to make sure there are no scabies mites left alive. now i will use the medicine that you told, can you please tell me which medicine should i use how many times in a day. and is it a normal thing that after scabies are gone it still itches, very small pimples appeared around my elbow area and on thighs which itch sometimes ?

    Hi, im currently dealing with the same issue. Did the Tacrolimus makes them go away entirely ? This is the 4 th month for me dealing with this i've tried any types of corticosteroids and antibiotic creams but they just disappear for the period that im using medications.I'll be very grateful if someone help me!

    hey there.

    Im just wondering about the smaller, more pimple like bumps seen in these pictures. I have had these same bumps for a while now and am not quite sure what they are. I am not sexually active, so they cant be an std, but im rather confused about them - are they lice or just a condition which I cant do much about?

    This is the first time I have seen a picture of it on the internet so Id really appreciate some clarity on this.

    note - im not talking about the large red spots, Im interested in the bumps which are being seemingly ignored by everyone, seen best in the first pic.

    hii....there i am also suffering from this pimple like bumpy and itchy thing which is on my penis and more on the balls from the last 4 weeks its been so much irritating and itchy i cant get rid of them i have gone to the doctor 3 times but didnt cured yet tell me how you got rid of those because after itching it becomes larger for sometimes please tell me what can i do.

      But the only difference is that i am getting these bumps on my buttocks too.
