What are these raised bumps on my ankles?

I’m 40, 5’8, 140lbs man with healthy physical results.

A few years ago I noticed these little raised bumps on my ankles and tops of my feet. Small and not very many so wasn't the end of the world. Now they're starting to spread and more are showing up. They do not itch or have any physical issues just more cosmetic. My dermatologist doesn't know what they are and tried burning one off with some in-office treatment but nothing happened.

Anyone know what these are?

I think they are small clumps of keratin building up under your skin. get a fairly stiff body brush and work up a lather on your skin, giving them a good scrub without making yourself sore. Dry the area and then apply a body lotion or cream....anything you can buy off the supermarket shelves...doesnt have to be expensive Do this alternate days and you should start to see an improvement.

Most men are not bothered by them and they are not harmful.
