What are these red spots on balls (not freckles)

Guys - I've noticed these red spots on my balls, there's more now. These are definitely not freckles. Anyone else have something similar? Are these stds?

    Do you also have these anywhere on the shaft of your penis, or on your thighs close to your penis and scrotum?

      No, nothing on the shaft (just a freckle actually). None on my thighs either. These red spots are just on my balls, just on the right side. Maybe 6 or 7 red spots...

      Could possibly be angiokeratoma of the scrotum. Can you display your scrotum in a natural position from the front and back?

      This was the best I could do - not sure, you just needed to see how it hangs down?

      They do look like angiokeratoma's on your testicles, compared to the freckles on your shaft. You don't have many, and looks to be confined to the balls only, and your backside is clear. These are benign, so no need to worry.

      Thank you for your help on this, definitely a relief to hear benign.. I've never heard of angiokeratoma -- is there a way to get rid of this? Any treatments or things I can do / home remedies?

      There are no home remedies that I am aware of, but dont quote me on that! A dermatologist can treat it with ablation or excision. I personally think your case is not very pronounced and both your penis and scrotum look good.
