i have these shiny almost looks white dots on my penis head and they almost kind of look like skin tags. I've never had any issues with them. they never itched or hurt. what could they be?

Hi guys, i'm 27 years old, i think i have the same problem on the head of my penis, i feel like i have it for as long as i can remember, i've never worried about it since there's no pain or itching, but now it's quite frustrating, i didn't have sex for almost 5 years, so i think it is maybe from masturbation or bad hygien. i have no idea how to deal with this.

They are irritation bumps, they die down over time. If not then its a cause for concern. Give it some weeks.

Thanks a lot. Dudes don't be embarrassed about it, my partner acted very normally when she saw my penis. I think there is no need to run a treatment.

I visited a dermatologist a few days ago, he confirmed that they are ppp and said half of men have some of them, some men have few ones and some unlucky penises like mine are full of them 😃) he said there is no need to treatment and when I persisted on a treatment because of the embarrassment they've caused he added "if you had a few of them maybe we could remove them using laser CO2 but now that there are lots of them definitely the scar remaining after the surgery will be worse than the main problem. So finally I passed off this problem though am embarrassed of yet. Take it easy everybody, definitely this is the most minor health problem in human history 😃). My English is not great so pardon me for possible written faults. Best wishes
