they dont hurt but they came out of nowhere. they are on top as well. after i was diagnosed for BV AND yeast i noticed them. they are growing on the outside as well they are skin colored too. can anyone help me figure it out?

they just randomly appear like that? thats crazy . im getting more everyday on my lip its self .

u can get them on the inside and outside of the lips
