What are these spots?

Hello.

Posting here as the waiting times for a GP appointment are now 5 weeks at my practice. Adding a few pictures below. I never had spots on my face in my life. Obviously I had an odd one there and there for a few days but then they were gone. But now since about 6 weeks. I have all these spots all over my forehead, in the middle right and left side. And they don't dissappear. There is more and more of them every week. Really weird. Most a bit painful when I touch them. There was no sudden changes in my diet or anything. Been eating the same for ages, pretty healthy.

My diet was pretty bad for the past 3-4 years. So I don't think it's that reason because I started my 'diet' or new lifestyle from end of march. And I got these spots come out 2 weeks after that. Just around middle of April. And they just been getting worse and worse from there. I am not allergic to anything as far as I know and I never been
