What are these spots downstairs? (IMG included)

Hi, so slightly worried.

As you can see from pic, on the left side of my vagina I have some kind of spot, it feels like a lump under the skin too.

I was waiting for it to go and then another small one has come, a spot similar on the right but the lump is much smaller. Worried its herpes or something. Waiting for the lump to go and it hasn't! Any ideas what it is?
