What are these spots on my vagina? Should I go to the doctor?

Hi! I'm 20 (F), and today I noticed these small spots on my vulva. I don't know if they are just Fordyce spots, or HPV/Genital Warts/Herpes. I don't feel anything like itching, pain, soreness, burning or any kind of smell/vaginal discharge. I've never had any sexual partners, and never inserted anything inside my vagina. Is it serious?

    I agree with very17- they're just Fordyce spots, collections of sebaceous glands. They often become quite obvious as a person transitions from adolescence to adulthood- i.e. they are a feature of sexual maturity.
