What are these white bumps?

I've had these for half a year, and had my doctor look twice, but he keeps saying it's nothing. I think it looks really bad and unhealthy, so I'm not sure I trust him anymore. I can physically feel the bumps when dragging over them with my fingers, yet they aren't painful. Also, the pictures are really zoomed in, so the resolution might be bad

They are common papules / spots seen on many penises. Your doctor is right, they are nothing to worry about, just part of what makes every penis unique.

Fully agree with James, many men get these even much more pronounced that cover the entire head and the shaft of the penis - so what you have are very minor in comparison to other mens.
If you are less than 25 or 26 YOA you may get more of these that develop, hopefully you will not get the larger ones, but unfortunately there is nothing you can do about this - it is completely normal development of the penis following sexual maturation .......

Exactly the same as Wee_Dugie says, papules and fordyce spots are very common and tend to appear from the age of sexual maturity onwards. All the underside and some of the top skin of my shaft is completely covered in fordyce spots, these began to appear when I was around 12-13 and more appeared up till my late teens. They are very visible and have never gone away, but I, like many men worried myself silly (pre internet years when info like this wasn't available!) until I went to the doctors and he told me what they were and how common they were too. I've become quite attached to mine over the years, it's what makes it unique!

Many thanks for the details, hopefully many young males will read your description and will be reassured with what they have or may develop in future !

Thank you! My main reason for answering the questions on here is because I don't want other men to worry about naturally occuring things like fordyce spots, tight foreskin and PPP like I did when I was a teenager to mid twenties. One of the wonders of the internet is that you have so much knowledge at your fingertips that I never had growing up!

Wow, thanks for all the replies, it has really settled my mind. It's difficult to know what's normal and what's not about these types of issues, especially when it's something you develop over time, and aren't born with. Thanks a lot!
