What are those many red bumbs on the top of my glans ?

Posted , 3 users are following.

Im 21 years old and i discovered many tiny red bumbs ( or pimples ?? ) on the top of my glans.

They dont hurt, neither they itch or bleed. When i touch them they do not feel harder than the rest of my glans.

Furthermore they are only visible when im arroused ( hard ). The "harder" my penis get, the less they are to be seen.

I think i have never seen them before... i assume that they are there for around 2-3 month. I dont think that i always had them.... i would have noticed earlier.

Could anyone help me ? Im glad for any help ! 😃 Couldnt find anything online about those...

What are those ? Is this dangerous ? Is there a way to remove them ?

Hi your meatus and glans look irritated is the foreskin a little tight can you retract it fully? It could be balanitis infection.

      Thanks for your answer !

Yes the foreskin is a little tight, i can however retract it when im not hard for cleaning.

I already heard of balanitis, but my glans does not hurt or itch... so i guess its not balanitis right ? Or is a balanitis without hurting/itching possible ?

I'd keep it clean with just some warm water for now I'd also have it checked with your doctor.

No I don't think it's anything to serious but I would have it checked. It could be just a skin infection like balanitis or a fungal infection your doctor will give you a cream for treatment they might also give you a steroid cream for your tight foreskin which would help with some stretching exercises. Are you sexually active?
