What are those yellow grainy things in my poop.

For a bit of context. I have not eaten seeds and I have gotten several stool tests in the last 5 months and they all come back normal. I started noticing those little yellow things about 4 moths ago . Additional context for more than a yearly i have been having diarrhea like poop everyday (not painful, not foul smell like actual diarrhea just mushy sometimes liquidy consistency). I don't eat dairy, wheat and limit my sugar also dont eat excessive fiber not excessive fat If anyone can shed some light and help me i would be eternally grateful
