I see a lot of people talking about their physical symptoms of anxiety but what are your psychological symptoms?

Personally I don't feel myself, I zone out, I sometimes feel like i'm in a dream and I feel like there's thousands of thoughts going through my head and it's hard to keep up with them. Makes me feel like i'm going crazy

What are your's?

    Hello,

'Personally I don't feel myself, I zone out, I sometimes feel like i'm in a dream' - I think this our brains self defense mechanism for taking us 'out' of the the perceived stressful situation.

Sometimes I too feel like am 'out of it' and have to close my eyes to try and adjust - when not feeling good I will tend to avoid other people - it's not that I don't like anyone - just too much interaction with others wears me out.
