Hey Ladies..

Regarding premenopause & menopause, please list your top five WORST symptoms of ALL time. Mine are:

  1. Anxiety
  2. Fear Of The Unknown
  3. Insomnia
  4. Intrusive, Recurring Thoughts/Images
  5. Rib Cage Pain

      Health anxiety is the worse!! Ended up in the ER a few times because of this.

      Kerfree same here!!! And aware of everything going on in my body. Now i have to have a balance test my stomach is always a mess. I really hope this gets better. I am 45 how about you

    My list seems to grow each year. Just to name a few:

    1. Joint pain
    2. Hair Loss
    3. Bloating
    4. Insomnia
    5. Rib cage pain

    4. Rough mornings with mood changes, burning body parts, nervous electricity running thru my body & severe OCD thoughts
    5. Rocking dizziness
    6. Bonus! Strange naps with confusing thoughts, dream images that jump out at me including audio, leading to mass hysteria
