Hi ladies

What are your worst symptoms right now?

Mine are:

Dizziness

Trembling

Health anxiety (could be the cause of both dizziness and trembling).

Feeling weak in my arms

Heart palpitations

    Anxiety with extreme panic / red face

    Obsessive thoughts

    Racing thoughts in the background - don't even know what they are sometimes

    Waking up thinking I'm in another room

    Jaw pain

    Burning legs and surface of stomach

    Constant worry about not sleeping

    Morning anxiety and sadness

    Negativity

    Fatigue during the day

    Brain fog during the day

    Looking for reasons to feel guilty

    Weight loss

    Chills up my back while trying to sleep

    Waves of heat accompanied by panic

    Can't handle anything

    Rocking dizziness

    My WORST symptoms are:

    1. Anxiety
    2. Health Anxiety
    3. Negative, Racing Thoughts
    4. Numbness
    5. Prickly Skin
    6. Depression
    7. Low Moods
    8. Unexplained Bruises & Scratches On My Body
    9. Nervousness
    10. Feelings of Doom & Gloom
    11. Feeling Like I'm Going To Lose It
    12. Stiff & Achy Joints

    Definitely Heart Palpitations as well as the quick, unexpected, and terrifyingly painful electrical shock sensation that starts in my right sole and radiates up into the back of my calf or thigh. I would happily and gracefully deal with the other menopausal symptoms with that I experience it these two would just go away.
