hey 😃 I take mine in the evening. I take it bang on 6pm every day. i tried taking it in the morning. but it just made me feel worst in the day. I do it so the side effects I get come in my sleep. I'm very hit and miss with sleep at the moment. but I find it better taking it in the evening. sorry I could not help much 😦 but good luck 😃

at first I took mine at night. I now take mine in the morning when I wake up. a side effect can be insomnia. i've had to add a medication to offset the insomnia caused by anxiety and zoloft. once dose adjusts you wont feel any different when taking it in morning

yeah I'm not gonna sugar coat it. it took about 3 or so weeks to adjust to daytime. I took the trazodone at night for two weeks and didn't think it helped so stopped. big mistake. was helping my deep depression that came along with severe anxiety. went back on it 10 days ago and have slept well the last 4 night's. waking only 1 Or 2 times and falling back right away. I would totally switch to days if your developing insomnia
