What can be the cause of Tinnitus?

This is my story and it kinds of relate to my mental healths.
Anyone can tell me why i get this tinnitus. I suffer from sensorimotor OCD for example: swallowing, breathing and blinking. I am also have anxiety before i got OCD. Am worry a lot of thing. One time i read a book and it talk about schizophrenia. It really freak me out. Am worry a lot and am scare that i can get schizophrenia. And one of the symptoms is hearing voice. So every night i go to sleep and i feel like i focus to much on my hearing. So my ear always turns red at night. Until one day i get up in the morning i hear roaring and it sounds like a car engine. On my right ear. When i look up on internet and it said it was tinnitus. The cause of it is hearing lost, ear disease and over all healths like diabetes. So i go check my audiologists and she said my ear is perfectly fine and no sign of hearing lost or any ear disease. After she transfer me to see ENT doctor. ENT doctor say my neck is fine and my nose canal also fine. She suggested me to do MRI scan to make sure i don’t have any tumour. So i want to know is my tinnitus cause by my OCD or what.
