What can be this shiny spot on my glans

I'm 22 old guy, this shiny place is with me for some time, I was fine with it when my dermatologist didn't comment it... But what he even didn't saw it (my case was different, when he looked at my penis).

I don't know is it the same size as earlier or not the same... And this is another reason of my anxiety, because what if it grows!

Also I have one sexual partner for 4 years, and there is no chance for venereal disease.
