What can I do about my consistent anxiety attacks

I am so glad that I can speak to other people who maybe going through the same thing that I am going through! I recently moved to PA from Florida and since I've been here in Philly my anxiety has been up over my head. My anxiety meets me early in the morning and again at night. I have been taking unisom and it helps a lot but I just want to deal with the why and what is bringing these attacks on. If anyone out there has any advise please leave your comments. I will appreciate all and any feed back.

Hello. I recently found this site as well.  It is crazy how people are experiencing the same things.  I was perfectly fine, just as everyone else, but then I had move from Ohio to Texas.  That same year, out of the blue this overwhelming feeling came rushing at me.  I thought I shook it off, but then it came back moments later.  I have never felt the same since.  I could go on and on, but I wont. My point, is that I totally totally understand exactly where you are coming from. I posted a new post, but am waiting for the site to allow it to view publically.  Search my name and see the self help tools that I began using.  I too will see an endocrinologist next month.  Sometimes, it is as if you are living in a fog. I soon will get the proper eyewear that I need.  I have an over the counter pair of glasses, and that does not help, and I have an astigmatism, so I need to get contacts for this type of eye situation.  I am determined to get better and I am on my way.  I am learning that a lot of this is based on stress.  Our minds can only deal with so much over time. When you move to a whold new place, you have to learn almost everything all over again. New doctors, new job, new friends, stores, gas and electric companies, water company, trash removal ect . . . . on and on.  Then on top of that, you still have all of the old stuff still in your brain from the last state you moved from.  Each place has its own way of doing things, and you know how that can be, and then learning everything all over again.  Again, search my name in the site and see what I do for self help.  It helps me alot.  I am not on medication either.  I am not going into that trap. I hear too many stories that are not good. If you need it, fine. I just dont want to do that.  Contact me anytime.
