Hello,
The HS spreads based on what stage you are. HS is known to tunnel. In regards to washes. Hibiclens usually works well. I am not sure of any creams. Some find a tea tree oil helpful. I personally take a Tumeric supplement. I wash with Hibiclens 3 days a week (every day made my skin sensitive) then the other days I use a tumeric soap. Make sure whatever soap you use it is fragrance free. The same goes for you detergents. I would recommend not using any lotions in that area. In regards to puss. Be vary careful if you are squeezing the nodules. You can damage the skin below the lesion and release the puss under the skin. I did this in the beginning. Ended up with a large raised area with blisters and all. You may use warm compresses to help drain the lession. Many believe the HS is caused by a food allergy. Although this theory doesn't have enough research backing it. It does make sense. The trick is finding the food you are sensitive to. The popular ones are gluten, dairy and night shades (everyone is different).
Let me know if you have any other questions!

If i dont squeeze it the boil open anyways but i have some deep stuff big like a little golf ball .. im thinking of just going to the emergency sometimes 😞.
