These are vestibular papillomas, not genital warts. I trust you've been vaccinated (Gardasil) against HPV? If you have, it makes genital warts highly unlikely.

yes i have been vaccinated all rounds. VP can be spiky like that?

Yes they can- they are often described as finger-like protrusions. If you look very carefully, each 'finger' has its own base unlike genital warts which have a shared base.
