i had this, it lasted about a year before it calmed down, i had a UTI then it turned into interstitial cystitis. (constant burning when i pee) for just about no reason 😕 i also went to doctor too and they found nothing, i even underwent a cystoscopy to make sure it wasn't anything sinister.

basically for me, the only thing that would help, was drinking allot of water, with lemon in, trying not to sit too much, over the counter uti stuff doesn't work, and it took a long time to find this but my mum tried me on a vitamin supliment called "waterfall D Mannose" now i literally swear by it, its interesting how the tablet works so look it up, but over everything i recommend that!

it worked for me to get rid of the burning completely, but i also still use it years later because occassionaly when i drink some things (coffee) i get burning.

if it doesn't go away after trying D mannose, seek out a gynochologist.

    hope this helps 😃

Somewhat looking like a trush or candidiasis. But you better check it out for another possibility. As it's hard to diagnosed just by visual.
