Nothing to be concerned about as far as I can tell.

Take another photo in a few weeks' time, and if it has changed markedly, show a doctor.

I would have a doctor check out to make sure, but those look like harmless papules. Small flesh colored bumps around the glans. I had a similar issue, and a doctor scared the crap out of me, claiming they are warts from HPV. She gave me cream that burned and permanently scarred me, which I believe lead to my persistant dermititis. I had a circumcision, and am healing from that now. Get it looked at, to be sure, and research any creams you doc gives you, if any at all. Google papules and you should find similar info. Hope this helps.

Hello, I am a urologist in the states. These are Hirsutoid papillomas, otherwise known as pearly penile papules. They are harmless and can not infect others. Around 20 percent of the population has them. You can have a doctor burn them off but in the end it's all cosmetic and painful not to mention costly. Have any questions?

Pearly penile papules man. I had them! IF your in Britain there are 2 Drs that remove them with radiosurgery or laser.... they don’t offer it on the NHS. It cost me £900, it was totally painless and I recover with no scars from the surgery Within 3 weeks
