Are you meaning the general rough / bumpy appearance, or something in particular?

The most common issue that effects the sensitive skin of the head of the penis is years of use of soap and things like shower gel - in time, it is possible for your penile skin to develop an intolerance to almost anything that it is in contact with that has a chemical content. So for many men this would be any kind of lube for masturbation or sex, often men use baby oil or lotion, or skin cream, lotion or moisturiser for masturbation - again, in time these can become an irritant.

The best thing is to avoid any contact with soap or shower gel or any other form of body wash. Clean your penis with the running water at the end of a shower once you have washed and fully rinsed every where else on your body. Make sure your skin on the head of your penis is fully dried after washing. To wash out of the shower, again use the running water from the tap, warm NEVER hot water, rub with your fingertips to clean.

penile skin with the appearance you have can literally take many months to start to improve, and indeed, you may not really notice much difference for 2 or 3 years of not exposing your penile skin to soap and shower gel. As I say, if you continue to wash with soap /and or other body cleansers such as shower gel your sensitive skin on the head of your penis may develop an intolerance to almost anything it is in contact with ......

As Kim suggests, for us looking at your photo we do not see anything that looks like a growth in any way.

That it not to say that it does not exist - you may have noticed something that is completely unusual or different to the way it was before. Only, you need to describe what you see or explain what is different about it now .....
