I suffer allergic rhinitis, and 4 days ago I saw I got those white spots in my throat. I have no fever, no cough and no pain.
Are they tonsil stones or it comes from a bacterial infection perhaps? What is your opinion?

Tonsil stones I don't think so, probably infection of some kind(im no doctor tho)
