What could be causing all my symptoms?

I have been on this never ending medical journey since 2016. I have changed doctors so many times and nonw of them can figure out what's wrong with me.

In 2016 I started having some really bad stomach issues that warranted a colonospy and endoscopy. Both were normal. I had another colonoscopy a few months later, as well as an MRI, MRE, and ultrasound because i was still having pain and they wanted to make sure nothing was mossed. Again these came back normal.

Fast fowrd a year later and im dealing with a bunch of symptoms that have just seemed to build up gradually. I am currenrly dealing with stomach pain, nausea, chills, dizziness, hair loss, and occasionally this pins and needles sensation all over my body that seems to come and go. So far I've had the following tests:

Colonoscopy/endoscopy

MRI

MR Enterography

Abdominal ultrasound

Nasoendoscopy

Meckel diverticulum scan

EKG

Chest x ray

Countless blood tests that have only showed anemia that varies but never dips below 11

I just feel so frustrated that I have had sooo much testing done and we still don't have an answer to why I feel so terrible all the time. I am so young, my symptoms started when I was 16 and now I'm 18 and about to go to college in like a month. I have to figure this out soon. I just don't know what to do anymore.

Also I put this under fatigue because I don't really know where else to put it

have you done a stool test? if not, I recommend the one from doctor's data.

Yes I've done quite a few: h pylori, giardia, calprotectin, ova and parasite, blood, and a few others. I've also gotten tested for tuberculosis, mono, EVB, and LDH. All of them came back pretty normal

Try going gluten free for 2-4 weeks to see if some symptoms stop. Seeing how you had an endoscopy done, I’m sure they checked for celiac. Even if negative, you should still try cutting it out for a bit. Meanwhile get a HIDA scan to check to see how well your gallbladder is working.

Look into Biotoxin illness. All the symptoms you have listed are part of it and most bloodwork and test will come back negative. They do a genetic HLA DR test to check for the gene, a visual contrast test, and the bloodwork they would do would be for things like cortisol, Veg-F, Ca3, Ca4, ADH,MSH,Leptin among others. You should be able to find a symptom test online that will give you a good idea if this could be the cause of your problems. The website would be under biotoxin journey for the symptom checklist. Hope this helps
