What could be causing my sensations of motion sickness/dizziness??

Hello all, firstly some things about myself. Im 20 years old and fairly athletic/active, I weight lift at least 4 times a week and my diet is generally healthy for the most part. I take great pride in my physical fitness. My problem started about 2 to 3 months ago...I was running at the gym around 11 at night and came home went to bed and woke up and was completely dizzy, everything was spinning; I couldnt do anything that day and I had to skip classes. I said ok whatever Ill sleep it off and for the next couple of days after that i was fine and then about a week later I noticed that I was having a constant feeling of motion sickness/floaty feeling in my head through out the entire day and this has been going on for about 2-3 months now. Some days are better than others but there is no way to predict how I will feel day to day. It is also important to note that at some point during all of this I remember waking up with really sore neck from sleeping on it funny or something but I didnt pay much attention to it because I didnt think it could be related to my feelings of motion sickness/dizziness. The neck pain was only painful if i turned it a certain direction so I think it was probably a strained muscle or pinched nerve. So a week or two went by and I finally went to the doctors to see what was wrong with me, we did blood tests, an ekg, and echo of my heart and all came back clean. The doctor performed all the motor function tests and all was well. So after all that I kinda just dealt with it for a couple weeks but then I noticed that my neck felt tired/strained through the day and the discomfort in my neck became more noticeable as time went on. So after school was over I cam home to see my family doctor to see what his opinion was and he didnt notice anything wrong with other than the fact that he said I had mild scoliosis with about half an inch curve in my back or something along those lines(first time I was told this). He said that my sensation of motion sickness could be attributed to stress or anxiety which is strange because nothing occurred during all of this that was overly stressful. At this point all of my symptoms began to take a heavy toll on me mentally because my symptoms were keeping me from doing things that I like to do on a daily basis. I would feel tired all day long no matter how much sleep I would get and I would just feel a complete lack of motivation to do anything. I began having mild bouts of anxiety attacks about my symptoms I believe; I have never experienced anxiety/stress of this magnitude before so this was all new to me. I began to think that my symptoms were related to this because so far no diagnosis has been made. The only things that seemed to help my symptoms were to be busy or occupied with something else to keep my mind off of it, the symptoms were generally more noticeable at night. So after I came home for the summer I was feeling better for about a week and then I started my computer desk job and my motion sickness came back full force. I began to notice tingling/pins and needles sensation shooting up the left side of my face and in my arms and legs. So I thought for sure this was due to some neck issue so I had an mri done of my neck and brain and of course everything came back normal. I also went to the eye doctor to see if any vision problems were causing my problems but everything was fine. My doctor also gave me a 25mg prescription of zoloft to "calm" be down a bit but I have noticed any change really. So at this point I have no idea what to do or pursue any more as my motion sickness/dizziness could be caused by any number of the things I described above. Im not sure how much more of this I can take mentally or physically. Any advice, suggestions, help or experiences would be greatly appreciated because Im lost at this point. Also feel free to ask questions because Im sure I forget or left things out in the description. Thanks!

Hello again. Hope you are all doing well . Sadly I'm just as bad or worse a year later from my last post here . I still suffer from unsteadiness ,pressure in head, just insane . I have a new ENT, just seen him this past Thursday and He said no ear problems . Go figure ... so I asked , why do I feel the way I do? He said , stress / anxiety . Seriously people , it is the worst feeling . I'm here in bed and my head feels like someone blew air in my ears , feels like the bed is moving, feels as if I'm going to "spin" that I even stop what im doing just to look around, my heart is racing . I can go on and on. I also saw my cardiologist this Wednesday and He said I was fine. I told him that I've been feeling the same too, he knows about my head trips. He said stress/anxiety. I still wake up feeling like I don't sleep at night. It's tough. I have been under a lot of stress and I just don't know how to manage it but to physically feel this way? 😢 I feel so nauseous.

Me too. Constant motion sickness and nausea regardless if im standing sitting or laying down. Feels like im moving or turning and every heartbeat makes it worse because it moves my body. I barely sleep... It is ruining my life. You're not alone.

But I’ve been feeling the same for a bit I guess.
Thus I was searching for causes , and some stuff you said does resembIes symptoms of having a burn out (from what I’ve read).
And with your doctors saying it’s anxiety/stress it’s a possibility I guess?
