What could be causing this headache

Hello Everyone

I've been having this weird pain in my head that started within a hour or so of waking up this morning, and was wondering if any of you have any ideas what could be causing it.

The pain feels like a dull, tingling pressure pain at the top of my head that radiates to the back of my head. It's not too severe unless I move, especially when bending over, and when I cough. When I move and cough the pain becomes quite sharp, but settles down again when I have settled down. I'm not noticing any other symptoms, it's just solely the headache, and I don't usually suffer with headaches which is why I find it odd that it has just started today.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this type of headache? Any thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated.
