What could be the cause for the exacerbation of my hair loss: metformin, birth control or spironolac

Hey y’all! I was wondering if anyone has experience with what I’m going through. I am located in USA so the drug names may be different.

So I have been on spiro 150mg for about a year now. It was working well for 7 months but then stopped. Last month, my doctor prescribed birth control (Kelnor 1/35), metformin 500mg and the continued dosage of spiro 150mg. However, I have started noticing an increase in my hair fall and my scalp is getting oily pretty fast. I was wondering if it could be from bc or metformin?
