Dear john,
I assume you're circumcised? The histology of the glans penis changes after circumcision and instead of its surface being covered by smooth non-keratinised squamous epithelium, it is replaced by keratinised squamous epithelium. Put very simply, it changes from what you feel and see inside your oral cavity to the skin on the back of your hand. The 'wrinkles' are normal, but they appear worse when the skin is dry. To make the glans appear more supple (i.e. less wrinkly) you need to moisturise the skin after washing and maybe change what you wash the penis with. Consider moisturising with Aveeno, Diprobase, E45 etc and maybe use Johnson's Baby soap.
The fine granular lumps and bumps are sebaceous glands. They become more apparent when you squeeze/stretch the glans, as in the photo.
Rgds,

It should; just apply a small amount to the base of your penis. Wait 60 minutes or so for any reaction. If it feels OK, it should be safe. Check if you have any allergies to any of the ingredients.
Tip: next time don't buy a large bottle. Just a small tube to test if you're happy with it before buying larger quantities.

Sure- but I suggest you test with a small amount on a less sensitive part of your body (inner thigh, base of penis, etc) to ensure it doesn't cause a reaction.

hey man that what i got just last week i dont what is for sure. i went to a clinic to get it checked out and they said it might be a yeast infection but I'm gonna wait to see if the medication they gave me clears it up. I will mostly likely get a STD check. Just go get it checked is my best advise.
