I dont know what it is it could be something minor but get it checked out.
There is a possability that it could be Angina but I cant tell you that the only one who can sort it out is a doctor.
Do it now do not delay

The blood test you are talking about is called a Troponin T and Troponin and usually accompanied by CK - MB blood test, These actually tell them if you have actually had a heart attack rather than angina. If your troponin is raised they will do another after 3 hours if it has risen further they will repeat it again in another 3 - 6 hours, although they will be able to confidently say on the first test if the serum levels are high enough.
An ECG doesn't always show a person having a heart attack..... Mine never on both occassions, although different but no one is immune to either, they are what's called NSTEMI (only picked up by the troponin blood test ) and STEMI (picked up by both ECG and troponin blood test)

You haven't mentioned if you experience any kind of chest pain / discomfort ? As at the moment what you are describing is one of many things, 2 that spring to mind is 1) Anxiety (attack) ....2) Esophagus spasms / reflux. I'd suggest you get along to your GP and go from there, of course if there is any kind of sudden chest pain with above symptoms then you either call for paramedics or get yourself along to the emergency department.

I do have some suggestions for you that you could try if it happens again
First of all, do pursed-lip breathing (put your lips together and breathe through your mouth, not to fast but fast enough to regulate your breathing).
Next is if you feel or you're about to pass out, make sure to be laying on your bed, on your side and have the EMS called.
When you throw up, make sure to be over the toilet with some extra towels that are non white, why? Because in theory, when you see your own vomit, you tend to vomit again.
I hope you get better, if you don't, I suggest going to see your doctor or a specialist.
Sincerely,
Edward Bradley, Canadian Lifesaving society
