What could be wrong?

here are a list of symptoms I've had for over 2 weeks now.

chills

shaking

sweating from hands and feet

headache

neck pain

back pain

swollen lymph nodes on right side of neck. only hurts to yawn and then it hurts in jaw and ear

severe anxiety

insomnia

heart palpitations

feeling short of breath

light headedness

extremely weak

no appetite

gargling in stomach

cramping in stomach

diarreha

feeling of burning in chest and arms

cold sweats

cobblestone bumps in throat and on tounge

NO FEVER, NO VOMITING, ct scan showed swollen lymph nodes but everything else looked fine, chest xray looked fine, pretty much all blood work looks fine a few things elevated which would show I'm fighting something .... BUT WHAT IS IT!?!?! I've never been so sick in my life. I'm only 28 years old and I have three kids so I desperately need to figure it out and get better.
