What could i have? Please help since 2 Years!!

Since 2 years do i have the same problems,i feel everyday dizzy,im unfocused on everything,im intelligent (iq 130) but i failed 2 schools because of my symptomes,i have blurred vision,i cannot concentrate long,i give up to easily after 1 day or more i lost that interest in things,like i love to learn new languages but after 2 days i quit,i cannot remember anything what i learn,i loose things easily (like keys,drinks,foods) i cannot do homework because after 5 minutes i lost that interest and focus on it,and i cannot breath then and get fever (idk why but i think its stress on homework) but im not stressed in my life,and im not depressed i will go in depression if i cannot get healed on my problems... i drink everyday 4 bottles (small ones) water,then i used magnesium but i got stomach pain,then i used b12 after 1 month same,and now i use Nero-Nutrients from Solgar since 4 days but i dont see any difference and i dont want to live from pills my whole life.. i was at my doctor but he said i have nothing,that im very healthy.... but why i have the problems? im not in depression or stress,im healthy and have no psychologic problems,and if that is important i have very itchy scalp its overall red on one side i used different shampoos but it doesnt go away, but have someone the same problem and could help me? i go crazy because of this, its my last try to do my school....

    Did you have a start to symptoms? Like a virus or a trauma of some type?

      i dont have any trauma,i had one when i was a child i saw that my mom hurtet my dad with a staple not bad,he had only lacerative and i dont think that i had a trauma of it now in my adulthood

      and idk of a virus,i throught it to but i dont know which virus it could be,if searched my symptoms but they showed me 60 different things like virus,neurologic things...
