David, can you confirm your age and whether you have been sexually active or not? Also, are you circumcised?

      23, Circumcised.

I had chlamydia 8 months ago, I've done 4 tests after the treatment and everything came back negative. Sometimes the dots are more visible and sometimes the glans is really sweaty and oily and the bumps are more visible

What I would suggest you need to decide is whether to see a Specialist about this or not, such as a Urologist, or better still, a Dermatologist who specialises in genital skin conditions.

You could have a combination of things going on here: partly the way your skin has developed, and perhaps this may then be irritated by something that you use on a regular basis, or a combination of different things the penis is regularly exposed to.

Often what initially begins as something as relatively simple as exposure to, for example, different body cleansers, most of which are detergent based, can become an irritation to the skin, and then the bumps that are naturally present on the head of the penis become really noticeable.

Then there can be other things the skin is in regular contact with, such as skin cream or lotions, a Lube of some kind that you may apply from time to time, that kind of thing. If the bumps are more visible than at other times this would suggest particular irritation from time to time from something you are more occasionally applying, or the skin is experiencing.

Because you are circumcised there will be a certain amount of keratinisation of the skin on the head of the penis, and this may at least be a partial explanation of some of the marking on you have.

David, the chances of someone at 23 years of age having initial states of penile cancer are extremely low. Added to this, I doubt whether the symptoms you have and the actual signs of initial penile cancer have no similarities whatsoever.

If you want to achieve peace of mind go see a Doctor, or better still, go see a Urologist and explain your fears of cancer ......

I've went to both Urologists and Dermatologists and all of them have told me that it's normal. But It doesn't look normal to me, I've never had these bumps before.. Anyways, thank you for being a big help

I think you will only help these to fade after an extended period of months of being skin friendly towards the skin on the head of your penis .....
