What could these spots be?

Hi I don't have sores have sores but I have 2 red spots that I first noticed the pain from them in the shower. I noticed them when I was washing my vagina with a cloth with dove sensitive soap. I usually use dove's body bar for my vagina and never had any issues but I switched thinking its made more for my vagina because Ive seen how it works well for many women. Before I used dove sensitive soap though, I ran out of the dove body bar and for a few days I used a scented shea butter soap down there and J noticed immediate irritation symptoms like swelling, itching, burning and green discharge. So I thought it was a normal infection BV. I didn't think it was the shea butter soap so I used Honey Pot's boric acid and my symptoms cleared up. But once I started using the dove sensitive I got these 2 red bumps down there and I don't understand because I got tested for BV, yeast and vaginitis along with trichonomisis. They were all negative. I thought doce sensitive soap is the safest soap to use on our vaginas? I also have not been sexually active for at least 2 months and have had no symptoms after that encounter. Does anyone know what these 2 red spots could be???image

from the symptoms you explained I'd maybe try to get swabbed for hsv to rule it out,but people have also gotten yeast infection sores so maybe that's what it is ? I'd make a appt so your Dr can take a look at the spots .Best of luck ✨

No i don't have it ,i actually recently just had a cut/perineal tear and went to get swabbed but my results came back negative for both hsv1 and 2.But when i had my cut I did research a lot and realised hsv can cause many different types of sores

That's very scary that the sores can look differently I thought it was mainly around the same (white head, clusters) that scares me even more.. also i tested negative for yeast so I'm just hoping and praying that its some other infection that can go away idk at this point I'm just so so scared
