what could this be?

for about 10 years now (currently 24) i've had these random weird pains all throughout my body. it's usually not a daily thing and i can sometimes go like a month or two pain free. but when i say random.. i mean random. it could be in my shoulder/arm one day and my big toe on the other side of my body the next. i haven't noticed anything that causes it and eating healthy and what not doesn't seem to help. i'm bad at explaining the pain so give me a break here but it's like a constant painful ache that goes through the muscle all the way to the bone. it usually occurs in my shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, feet, & even my butt.. lol. i've had blood tests done and went to specialists and everything. i've looked up the symptoms before but none of them seem right. it doesn't hurt if someone touches the painful area or anything. in fact it feels so good that i usually end up with bruises on my body from pressing and massaging that area too hard.. the closest i've gotten to a diagnosis was that i "have some kind of autoimmune disorder" .. which brings me here. if anyone has any idea on what this is.. please let me know.

How did you assume that your symptoms are from autoimmune disorder?

Do you have Joint Pain or skin rashes

a dr who was testing me for arthritis said i have some sort of autoimmune disorder.. he didn't do any other tests since his job was only to test for arthritis.. idk what he saw that my regular dr didn't but i'm pretty sure my main physician doesn't believe me anyway as he's done multiple tests and found nothing.. but he's the only dr around where i live for like 50 miles so i've been stuck with this pain for over 10 years now. i'm starting to lose hope.

You said you have joint pains.

Do you have skin rashes like burning pain and in abdomen ?

Did you loose weight and have low appetitie and fatigue?

If still have easy bruising of skin and itching, it maybe related to vascular health or autoimmune health. Since you have been to a specialist what is their opinion?

Are your symptoms of pain are mostly occurring at the time of stress, or some stressful situations?

yes like 99% of the time to the pain after a very stressful situation.. i never really noticed that until now! it could happen on some random normal day.. but almost always happens after something very stressful has happened.

Sciatica would be back pain and thighs/leg pain only. This is very painful and not easy to bear. It is from nerve pinching on the lower back spine.

i'm supposed to go see a specialist soon, i just turned 26 a few days ago.. they found something wrong with my blood? something like AA or ANA i really don't remember.. it was really confusing to me. but my doctor told me that i do have some kind of auto immune disease.. they just aren't sure which one? the pain hurts a lot. i'm tired of being in pain. if anyone has any sort of idea on what it could be... please, tell me.
