Jimmy,does this itch? It may be pompholyx. The most usual way to cure it is a dilute solution of potassium permanganate and soak your hands in it for 5 minutes per day for a week. Do make sure the solution is dilute or it will stain your hands brown.Although the brown will gradually wear off once you stop . Also make sure you dont need the container with the solution in as it will go brown as well. A large glass bowl is best..this wont stain.

hey guys thanks for your responses. This does not itch at all it's just looks bad when I shake someone's hand and they notice it. I will try the antifungal cream. do you think Athletics feet spray will work?

Jimmy,get the athletes foot cream and use every night before sleep. Wash off in the morning. As your hands are not itchy you may only need some intensive cream like Aveeno rubbed into your hands every night. Especially if your hands are dry. Let us know how you get on.
