Hello, this is my first post here. I have not been sexually active for almost 4 years now. 3 weeks ago i discovered a white spot on my penis but it didn't seem too serious but it's not going away. here's a picture. image

Are you thinking this could be related to an STD / STI - it is most likely either damaged skin or has been irritated by something it has been in contact with.

Can be very dependant on the amount and type of masturbation, whether you apply anything to masturbate and the length of time you are erect and the mount of force or pressure you use. If you use penis development of any kind can be purely related to that.

It may be what you are seeing is not showing in the photo, so there could be something else going on, such as the initial development of a skin issue.

Certainly monitor it closely every 4 or 5 weeks or so - a strong natural daylight is the best to judge these things in to see if it worsens. Seek medical advice if it seems to be escalating .....

I have the same, I damaged the hell out of my skin i believe , learning my lesson with jerking , and not lubing , squeezed too hard one time and it f***g hurt like fk , extremely painfull , head was super big like a mushroom so i could imagine that i damaged blood cells , i havent beat my meat no more and will stop for sure

If you haven't had unsafe for four years i'm sure it won't be an STD. Looks like you're uncircumcised like me, your glans looks like a normal healthy colour to me. Most of us uncut guys will have a darker colour to the head of the penis, and over time you can have darker patches appear, this is usually nothing to worry about at all.

Yeah I thought it was herpes at first but herpes usually goes away within a week. It doesn't cause any pain anymore but i will be seeing a dermatologist soon

Keep me posted on what they say. Ive had about 3 doctors take a look at mine and pretty much said it was nothing to worry about or they didnt know. Also i seen you were curious on if it could be herpes. Mine is very similar and I had a HSV swab test on it which came back negative.

Ive had the same i had to switch from using tight boxers and ib profines relax the f**k out of it , topical cremes also do too

dont masturbate man , let ur penis heal , i panic too, and then try my own home remedies and irritate it more, ive learned to relax and let it heal slowly , my docs have looked at it and they say its fine , im sure these doctors didnt go to school for nothing
