What could this be?

Anyone know what this could be? It looks as if one vein in my eye is possibly inflamed/bulging? I thought it was a broken blood vessel but those tend to cover more of the eye. I'm at a loss really. I have yet to see a doctor about this. Only additional details i can provide is that I'm nearsighted (going to get new prescriptions soon) and my eyes have been really strained lately from computer/phone screen time. Ive been working on reducing time away from screens but im unsure what this is. Havent felt any eye pain in that eye at all.
