i have this thing growing for last week. it feels like acne but i don't know what it could be. image

a day after i posted this it grew into a whitehead and eventually popped and drained. it is the second time it is happening and my research says it was a sebaceous cyst aka a zit and it is fairly common. i might need change genital wash and see a dermatologist soon.
