Having a very similar problem, currently have 2 of those exact sores, painless, already starting to heal after noticing them last night, lost as to what they could be!

Mine are not healing yet, I went and got tested yesterday so I should have an answer in 10 days. I would assume, of course I don't actually know...but I would assume that if it were HSV they would itch or be in pain especially with how open these ulcers are. I could be entirely wrong, thats why I went to get tested. Let me know if you find any more information out!

Yes my thoughts exactly. No pain, doesn't sting at all even when in contact with shower gels etc which is what you would expect with HSV! I'll bet you're as worried as I am still, glad I found your post. I also read that first breakouts are horrificly bad so that's another reason I'm unsure what it is. I'm seeing my GP this evening. Have you had any recent encounters which could have caused it?

I am extremely worried, as I have not had so much as a pimple down there before.
I have had a girlfriend for 4 years now, so that is the only person I make physical contact with but we live in different states right now and hardly see each other, this is really making me scratch my head. Have you noticed any other symptoms? (Blisters, marks, anything?)
