What could this be , Genital Warts Or Yeast Infection?

its not very clear but can someone help with telling me what this is? theres like little white bumps in the inside of my vagina that kinda play hide and seek and then theres like a white patch at the bottom which is what caught my eye. i thought it was a yeast infection but it doesnt itch, smell, or burn when i pee or anything . but then i did research and found out about gential warts. i dont match any of those symptoms either, well i dont have any symptoms at all. this is my first time seeing this like it came out of nowhere because i know would've been seen it image
