What could this be? It has been there for some time now

It's not getting better or worse as far as I can tell.. Any ideas?

Hi Kenny it's good you have been to the doctor the first treatment will be for a fungal or yeast infection if it doesn't improve after 2 weeks you should go back and get a referral to a dermatologist or urologist. How long have you had it for? And how long have you been treating it with the steroid cream?
I do suspect that you have lichen sclerosus so it important you follow up with your doctor. Let us know how you get on
