What could this be? My doctor already gave me Fluconazole for a yeast infection

My doctor contacted me thursday, it is not tuesday, and prescribed me Fluconazo for my yeast infection. I didn't have any symptoms until they day they told me I had a yeast infection. Now I've been itching nonstop in the opening of my vagina. I've had some white discharge show up as well. I recently got checked for STDs, like 2 weeks ago and everything came out negative. However, they're still waiting to see my results on trichomonas but they haven't came in yet. But does this look normal for a yeast infection? It itches a lot.

    looks like yeast infec, may not have cleared up yet or has recurred. try not to itch, if it hasnt cleared up 5-7 days after u took medication take another round or go back to doctors and see if it has cleared up yet. they can sometimes be persistent!
