What could this be! please help!

Hello everyone, well here is my problem : i have tiny/not itching/not painful bumps on my penis for i don't know how long. But i started noticing them 3/4 days after i had sex. It was protected sex but at one time the condom tore up. So i ve replaced it with a new one. Unfortunately i think i wasn't protected for quiete a few seconds. I went to the doctor who hasn't even noticed them and told me everything looks ok, but i don't know why i don't trust him at all. Please if anyone had the same thing than me, please give me some answers. Since that day i'm freaking out and the stress is literally making me sick! image
