WHAT COULD THIS BE, ULCERS OR START OF COLD SORE??

does not hurt at all. started off like a normal amount of loose skin in mouth (mostly from going out and having a few smokes which always effects it)

but this time i stressed myself and when i stress i tend to suck on where they are and they turned out like this .

i went to a pharmacist and got cream, and although it could be nothing, part of me always stresses as ive never had a cold sore before and ive never turned them into this red sore.

they arent deep at all they are just sitting on the skin and like i said they dont hurt one bit.

    Hi elena,

    I think they are bruise marks left by you sucking your lip against your sharp teeth. Herpes would be quite painful and associated with swelling and redness of the affected area.
